Bute PAT Testing

Bute PAT Testing was set up to provide a local service to the many Hotels, B&Bs, Shops, Offices and other such premises on the Isle of Bute.

We also service Arran and the Cumbraes as well as the Inverclyde and North Ayrshire areas between Largs and Port Glasgow.

We will come to you, test each piece of electrical equipment, and then provide you with a certificate featuring a list of the equipment that we have tested and confirmed safe.

As a rule of thumb, we can test anything with a plug, such as desk lights, toasters, fan heaters, microwaves, vending machines, hairdryers, power tools, computers, TVs, printers, extension leads etc

We are fully licensed and qualified to the 5th Edition of the IET Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment, which was released in October 2020.
